- Boil 350 ml of water with half a bouillon cube. Even better if you have soup stock. I used vegetable flavour for mine.
- Peel potatoes and cut into chunks, then boil in pot. Add sprinkling of salt to water..

- Preheat oven 180°C. Your potatoes should be ready and you can start mashing them while you leave the meat to simmer 30 min..
- Place meat at bottom of your casserole, top with mashed potato and grate cheese on as a final touch. If you like, you can use your fork to create lines on the potato before topping with cheese.
- Cook for 30 min at 180°C. Cheese should be golden brown, enjoy!.
