- You need 500 grams of Taglietelle.
- Prepare 300 grams of Mushrooms.
- It's 100 grams of Honey roast ham.
- Prepare 60 grams of Chedder Cheese.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of Olive Oil.
- You need 1 of Red, Yellow, Green Bell Peppers.
- You need 1/2 of Corgette.
- It's 1/2 of Red Onion.
- Prepare 2 of Eggs.
- It's 150 ml of Low fat milk.
Tagliatelle Corgette Carbonara instructions
- Boil water in large saucepan, then add tagliatelle, cook until soft, then drain.
- Chop peppers, mushrooms, corgette & onion.
- Heat olive oil in frying pan on medium heat. Add onions, peppers, corgette & mushrooms. cook for 5-10 mins, then set aside.
- In seperate bowl whisk egg, milk & cream then stir in grated cheese.
- Stir in pepper, mushroom, corgette & onion mix into pasta along with ham then add creamy sauce. stir well, then add sprinkle of black pepper.
