  11. Arrange another layer of potatoes, then cover with another layer of cheese..
  12. Add final layer of potatoes..
  13. Cover last layer of potatoes with cream sauce..
  14. Cover everything with the remaining cheese..
  15. Cover dish with aluminum foil to keep all of the moisture in..
