  5. You need 2 of oranges, peeled and separated into segments.
  6. It's 1/4 cup of walnuts, toasted.
  7. You need 1 of Sliced strawberries, optional.
  8. Prepare of Citrus Vinaigrette.
  9. It's 2 tbsp of each orange juice,and red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 teaspoons honey and 1 1/4 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard. Approximately 1/3 cup.
